Tyrion Lannister both in the books and on TV is my favorite character (And after him Danny and then Sansa. Danny is just unbreakable and Sansa’s chapters are just really pleasant to read. (Even though her life is kind of just…Terrible…) OH AND VARYS AND LITTLE FINGER….But FIRST is Tyrion….So lets get back to that.)
I love him in the books but more so in the show. Peter Dinklage is a disgustingly good actor able to portray 76 thoughts, feelings and actions gracefully and all at once. I love Tyrion because he is broken and breaking and trying so hard to not to be that way.
I could go on and on about him and maybe one day I will but I need to get my thoughts in order about all this. He’s just like all the characters in the series very well written, very accurate to what it feels like to be ambitious and faced with very real, physical obstacles and yet he keeps going.
Tyrion keeps going.
(I aged him down some in this drawing (he’s 23-24 in the books? Dinklage is 42) and gave him his mismatched stare. I always imagine him as he is in the TV show, haha XD)
